Style The Style package is for "day of" coordination, which includes up to five (5) hours of planning and complete coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Allure The Allure package is for the bride who started the planning process but realized the need for professional help. This package includes up to twenty hours of planning, attendance at vendor meetings with the bride, and complete coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. The Allure includes: Consulting with client(s) prior to wedding to review wedding checklists, wedding schedule and activities, and other last minute details of the wedding Meeting with vendors one month prior to wedding to finalize and confirm the agenda and schedule Providing detailed wedding schedule to wedding party and vendors Delivery of final payments to vendors for client Sophistication The Sophistication package is fashioned to plan the wedding from start to finish for the bride who does not have time to plan her dream wedding.   The Sophistication includes: Consultation and follow-up meetings throughout planning process Coordination of pre-wedding events (i.e. engagement party and shower) Wedding Planning Guide Assistance with selection and meeting with vendors Assistance with invitation and program design and selection Assistance with décor for ceremony and reception Layout design of ceremony and reception Meet with vendors to finalize and confirm the agenda and schedule Provide detailed wedding schedule for wedding party and vendors Complete coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception Assistance in researching accommodations for out-of-town guests Assistance with honeymoon planning and accommodations Deliver final payments to vendors for client Scrapbook design in colors and theme as wedding day keepsake Party and Event Coordination Packages The party and event coordination package includes: Consultation and follow-up meetings prior to the event Assistance with vendor and location selection Complete coordination of the event for up to six hours Detailed itinerary for the vendors Layout design and decorating for event Deliver final payments to vendors for client
